Contact/CV

I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Yale University.  My research includes democracy and democracy promotion, the causes and consequences of coups, foreign policy, international relations and international institutions.  I hold a Ph.D. in Political Science from Stanford University (2004).  I was born in Varna, Bulgaria, where I lived before I came to the US for graduate school.
